Product Introduction: The 35 kV European-style T-type front plug adopts Vol's patented technology and belongs to the European 630 A plug series. It is suitable for incoming and outgoing cable terminations of ring main unit switchgear, and is connected by bolts to the incoming/outgoing bushing seats of the switchgear, the wall bushings of cable branch boxes, and double-way bushings. It is also suitable for box-type substations. It provides a fully insulated and fully sealed connection from the power cable to the switchgear or cable branch box. During operation, the front plug is bolted to the bushing socket of the switchgear; its tail can be directly plugged with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect a rear plug cable plug or a rear plug arrester. The rear plug connects with the 35 kV European T-type front plug (WEB 35/630-□) or another rear plug, providing an extended cable connection circuit (branch). Its tail can be directly sealed with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect another rear plug cable head or rear plug arrester. The product interface conforms to the E-type bushing design in EN 50180-50181 and the 35 kV 600 A bushing interface design in IEEE 386. Product features: Imported EPDM rubber is adopted, which not only has excellent electrical performance, but also offers resistance to tearing, ozone, oxidation, and corrosion, as well as high mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, avoids interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge. The inner and outer screen design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer, with a grounding resistance of less than 5000 Ω, effectively keeps the outer surface of the cable head at zero potential, ensuring personal safety during maintenance and operation. The stress cone adopts a patented anti-slip design, which effectively prevents accidents caused by misalignment of the stress cone during installation. It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties, and its good sealing performance allows underwater operation.
