Description
Product Introduction: The 35kV shielded European C-type front plug belongs to the 630A plug series and is suitable for the incoming and outgoing line terminations of cross-linked power cables in ring main switchgear. It is bolted to the incoming/outgoing bushing seats of the switchgear, the wall bushings of cable branch boxes, and double-through bushings. It is also applicable to box-type substations, providing fully insulated, fully shielded, and fully sealed connections from the power cable to the switchgear or cable branch box. The tail of the front plug can be directly blocked with an insulating plug, or extended to connect a rear plug-in cable plug or rear plug-in arrester. The rear plug connects to a 35kV European T-type front plug (WCB 35/630-□) or another rear plug, providing an extended cable connection loop (branch). Its tail can be directly blocked with an insulating plug, or extended to connect another rear plug-in cable plug or rear plug-in arrester. The product interface conforms to the design standard of type C bushings in EN50181.
Product Features: The material uses imported EPDM rubber, which not only has excellent electrical properties but also outstanding tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance and minimizes partial discharge. The inner and outer shielding design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, keeping the outer surface of the plug effectively at zero potential and ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel. It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic performance, and its excellent sealing performance allows the plug to operate underwater. The compact structure is more adaptable to the design trend of enclosures.
