Description
Product Introduction: The 35kV shielded European C-type front plug belongs to the 630A plug series and is suitable for incoming and outgoing line terminations (cross-linked power cables) of ring main unit switchgear. It is connected by bolts to the incoming/outgoing bushing seats of switchgear, wall bushings of cable distribution boxes, and double-pass bushings. It is also suitable for box-type substation installations. It provides fully insulated, fully shielded, and fully sealed connections from power cables to switchgear or cable distribution boxes. The rear of the front plug can be directly plugged with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect a rear plug-in cable plug or rear plug-in surge arrester. The rear plug connects to a 35kV European T-type front plug (WCB 35/630-□) or another rear plug, providing an extended cable connection loop (branch). The rear can be directly sealed with an insulating plug, or it can be extended to connect another rear cable plug or rear surge arrester. The product interface conforms to the design standard for C-type bushings in EN50181.
Product Features: The material uses imported EPDM rubber, which not only has excellent electrical properties, but also outstanding tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, with high mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection molding process effectively ensures interfacial performance and minimizes partial discharge. The inner and outer shielding design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer, with a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively maintains the outer surface of the plug at zero potential, ensuring the safety of maintenance operators. Good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties; good sealing performance allows the plug to operate underwater. Compact structure, better adapted to enclosure design trends.
