Description
Product Introduction: PT plug: Used for instrument transformers that supply power to electric operating mechanisms or metering protection devices (the primary winding is equipped with a fuse protection device and a cable plug bushing socket; the dimensions and profile of the bushing socket conform to the 25kV bushing outline standard of IEEE Std 386). The high-voltage end provides fully insulated, fully shielded, and fully sealed connections. 25kV American 200A elbow plug: Suitable for 25kV American 200A electrical systems, widely used for high-voltage electrical connections in American-style pad-mounted transformers, ring main units, cable branch boxes, underground transformers, and other electrical equipment. Connected components include single bushing, double bushing, and 200A interfaces on busbars, etc. The product features full insulation, full sealing, and full shielding; the compression device ensures operational reliability, and the structural dimensions are more compact compared with other configurations. A test point can be equipped with a voltage indicator or fault indicator to display the live status and fault status of the equipment. The conductive rod connector has arc-extinguishing capability and can serve as a load switch to interrupt 200A current, but it cannot break fault current. The inner and outer screen design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively maintaining the outer surface of the cable termination at zero potential to ensure personal safety during maintenance operations. The joint between the plug tail and the cable is sealed with cold-shrink tubing, effectively preventing moisture ingress into the cable. The PT plug is a single-core fully equipped product; no additional sealing components are required during use.

Product introduction: PT plug: Used for a transformer that supplies power to electric operating mechanisms or metering and protection devices (the primary winding is provided with a fuse protection device, and it is equipped with a cable plug bushing receptacle; the dimensions and shape of the bushing receptacle comply with the 25 kV bushing outline standard of IEEE Std 386). The high-voltage end provides fully insulated, fully shielded, and fully sealed connection. 25 kV American-style 200 A elbow plug: Suitable for 25 kV American-style 200 A electrical systems, widely used in high-voltage electrical connections of American-style box transformers, ring main units, cable branch boxes, underground transformers, and other electrical equipment. Connected devices include single-way bushings, double-way bushings, and 200 A interfaces of busbars. The product features full insulation, full sealing, and full shielding; the compression device ensures reliable operation, and compared with other configurations, the structure is more compact. A test point can be fitted with a voltage indicator or fault indicator to display the live status and fault status of the equipment. The conductive rod connector has arc-extinguishing capability and can be used as a load switch to break 200 A current, but it cannot interrupt fault current. The inner and outer screen design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer, with a grounding resistance of less than 5000 Ω, effectively keeps the outer surface of the cable termination at zero potential, ensuring personal safety during maintenance. The plug tail and the cable are sealed with a cold-shrink tube, effectively solving the problem of moisture ingress into the cable. The PT plug is a single-core fully integrated product; no additional sealing components are required during use.
