Product Introduction
The American-style 600A insulating cap is used on 600A bushing parking wells or to seal bushings after removing T-type connectors during maintenance. It is an accessory for bushings, providing full insulation and fully sealed protection for energized bushings, and dustproof and moisture-proof sealing protection for de-energized bushings. The product interface conforms to the 600A bushing design in IEEE Standard 386.
Product Features
Made of imported EPDM rubber, which offers excellent electrical performance as well as high tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, eliminates interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge. The inner and outer screen design optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively maintaining zero potential on the outer surface of the cable termination to ensure personal safety during maintenance. It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties, and its excellent sealing performance allows underwater operation.
