Description
Product introduction: The unscreened front-connected angled π-type arrester is suitable for 630A electrical systems below 15kV. It is used for incoming and outgoing line terminations of (XLPE) power cables in ring main units, and is applicable to various cable switch cabinets, distribution boxes, and box-type substation installations. The front vertical part of the connector is connected to the cable through a stress control body; the angled branch of the connector is connected to a braided gapless zinc oxide arrester, providing overvoltage protection for the electrical system. The connecting bushing conforms to the C-type bushing dimensions in the EN50180 & 50181 standards. When in use, the unscreened front-connected angled π-type arrester is directly connected to the bushing on the equipment. The unscreened rear-connected angled π-type arrester is connected with the European new-style unscreened front plug (WE Ⅲ15/630) or the European new-style unscreened rear plug (WEKⅢ 15/630), providing extended cable connection loops (branches) and overvoltage protection; it cannot be directly connected to the bushing on the equipment. The front vertical part of the unscreened rear-connected angled π-type arrester is connected to the cable through a stress control body; the angled branch of the connector is connected to a braided gapless zinc oxide arrester, providing overvoltage protection for the electrical system. Product features: Made of high-quality EPDM rubber, it not only has excellent electrical performance, but also excellent properties such as tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. The unscreened type has an ungrounded outer surface, with rubber and air composite insulation. Its compact structure better adapts to the design trend of enclosures.
Features
Product introduction: The unshielded front-connected angled π arrester is suitable for 630A electrical systems below 15kV, used as incoming and outgoing line terminations for (cross-linked power cables) in ring main switchgear, and applicable to various cable switchgear, distribution boxes, and box-type substation installations. The vertical part at the front of the connector is connected to the cable through a stress control body; the angled branch of the connector is connected to a braided gapless zinc oxide arrester to provide overvoltage protection for the electrical system. The connecting bushing conforms to the type C bushing dimensions in standards EN50180 & 50181. When used, the unshielded front-connected angled π arrester is directly connected to the bushing on the equipment. The unshielded rear-connected angled π arrester is connected to a European-style new unshielded front plug (WE Ⅲ 15/630) or a European-style new unshielded rear plug (WEK Ⅲ 15/630), providing extended cable connection loops (branches) and overvoltage protection; it cannot be directly connected to the bushing on the equipment. For the unshielded rear-connected angled π arrester, the vertical part at the front is connected to the cable through a stress control body; the angled branch of the connector is connected to a braided gapless zinc oxide arrester to provide overvoltage protection for the electrical system. Product features: High-quality EPDM rubber is used, which not only has excellent electrical performance but also excellent properties such as tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. The unshielded type has an outer surface that is not grounded, using composite insulation of rubber and air. The compact structure better adapts to the design trend of enclosures.
