Description
Product Introduction: The European-style new T-type front plug belongs to the European 630A plug series. It is suitable for incoming and outgoing cable terminations (cross-linked power cables) of ring main units, and is connected by bolts to the incoming and outgoing bushing sockets of switchgear, wall bushings of cable branch boxes, and double-pass bushings. It is also applicable to compact substation devices. It provides a fully insulated and fully sealed connection from the power cable to the switchgear or cable branch box. When the front plug is in operation, it is bolted to the switchgear bushing socket; its tail can be directly blocked with an insulating plug, or extended to connect a rear-plug cable plug or rear-plug surge arrester. The product complies with the C-type bushing design in standards EN50180-50181.
Product Features: Made of imported EPDM rubber, it not only has excellent electrical properties but also resists tearing, ozone, oxidation, and corrosion, with high mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, avoids interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge. The inner and outer shielding design of the shielded plug optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively keeping the outer surface of the cable head at zero potential and ensuring personal safety during maintenance and operation. It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties; its excellent sealing performance allows operation underwater. The compact structure is better suited to the trend of enclosure design.
