Product Introduction
The European-style 630A insulating cap is used on the 630A bushing reserved opening, or to seal the bushing after the T-type connector has been removed during maintenance. It is an accessory to the bushing, providing full insulation and full sealing protection for live bushings, and dustproof and moistureproof sealing protection for dead bushings. The product complies with the Type C bushing design in standard EN50180-50181.
Product Features
Made of imported EPDM rubber, it not only has excellent electrical properties, but also high tear resistance, ozone resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, avoids interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge. The internal and external screen design optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively keeping the outer surface of the cable termination at zero potential and ensuring personal safety during maintenance operations. It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties; good sealing performance allows operation underwater.
