The main body of the intermediate joint is wrapped with self-adhesive fireproof and anti-arc tape, and the gaps between the inner ends of the explosion-proof box and the cable are stuffed with intumescent flame-retardant flexible fireproof putty; in addition, intumescent explosion-proof firestop packs are placed inside the explosion-proof box, and with the protection of the external high-strength flame-retardant explosion-proof box, the overall structure adopts a three-layer fireproof and explosion-proof configuration, thereby achieving integrated fire and explosion protection. The product has passed the verification and testing for the explosion-proof certificate by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Explosion-proof Electrical Products, and meets the requirements of standards GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General requirements" and GB 3836.3-2010 "Explosive atmospheres – Part 3: Equipment protected by increased safety 'e'". This product is mainly used for power cable intermediate joints; when a fault occurs, it confines the high-pressure airflow, flames, and debris generated by the explosion within the explosion-proof box, and also prevents the fire spread and explosion impact caused by the fault from causing large-scale damage to other power facilities. The fireproof and explosion-proof box is installed outside the intermediate joint; during normal operation, it protects the intermediate joint from external force damage and provides a certain mechanical protection effect, while also preventing the joint from being damaged by fire spreading from surrounding power facilities. When the intermediate joint catches fire or explodes due to an accidental fault, it provides fireproof and explosion-proof functions, and also offers a certain protective isolation effect for other cables or surrounding equipment in the cable trench. The intermediate joint fireproof and explosion-proof box is made of two halves that clamp together, making on-site installation convenient. The flange joints on both sides of the box are fitted with sealing strips, and waterproof tape is wrapped around both ends, providing a certain degree of waterproof performance. Product features: 1.
