Description
Product model: DC-ZWF-□kV-□mm2 composite sleeve type outdoor termination. It uses a glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin air sleeve instead of the traditional porcelain insulating tube, providing better seismic resistance, explosion-proof performance, and superior insulation compared with traditional materials. It is suitable for urban centers, equipment-intensive areas, and locations requiring splash protection. The insulation level, current-carrying capacity, operating temperature, and other performance characteristics of this termination fully meet the requirements of the cable with which it is used. The stress cone is molded from imported EPDM rubber by high-pressure injection molding, pressed tightly by a spring cone support, and a stress cone cover structure isolates the stress cone from the insulating filler, overcoming problems such as elastic relaxation due to material aging and poor contact between the stress cone and the cable outer semiconductive layer, thereby ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of the termination. The composite sleeve uses silicone rubber sheds as external insulation, offering good pollution resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, and explosion-proof performance. The termination adopts a multi-layer sealing structure to prevent water seepage, oil leakage, and similar issues during operation.
