Description
The American-style 35kV separable connector is consistent with the IEC series 35kV E-type separable connector that conforms to E-type bushings. 35kV front plug, model: WEB 35/630; 35kV rear plug, model: WEBK 35/630. These products are generally used in 35kV cable branch boxes, providing a fully insulated electrical connection between the bushing and the cable in the cable branch box. During operation, the front plug is bolted to the bushing socket of the switchgear; its tail can be directly sealed with an insulating plug, or extended to connect a rear-plug cable connector or rear-plug surge arrester. The rear plug connects with a front plug of the same series or another rear plug of the same series to provide an extended cable connection loop (branch); it cannot be directly connected to a bushing. Its tail can be directly sealed with an insulating plug, or extended to connect another rear-plug cable connector or rear-plug surge arrester of the same series. Product features: 1. Made of high-quality EPDM rubber, it not only has excellent electrical properties, but also resists tearing, ozone, oxidation, and corrosion, and has high mechanical strength. 2. The internationally advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures interface performance, avoids interlayer gaps, and minimizes partial discharge. 3. The inner and outer shielding design of the shielded plug is optimized through simulation software, making the electric field structure more reasonable; the outer shielding layer is molded, with a grounding resistance of less than 5000 Ω, effectively keeping the outer surface of the cable connector at zero potential and ensuring personal safety during maintenance operations.
