Description
1. Introduction to Communication Cold Shrink Tubes: Communication cold shrink tubes are made of silicone rubber, pre-expanded onto a removable support core, and shrink at room temperature by elastic recovery force. They also feature an inner mastic lining process to enhance sealing performance, offering advantages such as insulation, sealing, protection, small size, quick and convenient operation, no need for special tools, and a wide range of applications. Compared with heat-shrink products, they do not require tool heating and can maintain a tight seal even under thermal expansion and contraction, without gaps forming. 2. Product Features: 1. Simple installation—manual operation only, no heating or special tools required, and no hot-melt adhesive or tape needed to reinforce sealing at joints; 2. Suitable for connection and sealing of cables of a wide range of specifications, and can be used on power and communication cables in indoor, outdoor, overhead, underwater, or buried applications; 3. Strong and tough resilience, high radial shrinkage force, and low permanent deformation—even after long-term use, it maintains constant radial pressure on the cable, with tight sealing and excellent moisture-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof performance; 4. Because EPDM has excellent resilience and "elastic memory," it can "breathe" with the sealing components, thus providing excellent sealing performance and maintaining very good sealing even under dynamic conditions with wind-induced sway; 5. Excellent resistance to salt spray corrosion, acids, alkalis, ozone aging, weather aging, and UV aging; 6. High mechanical strength, good flexibility, and excellent physical and mechanical properties including puncture resistance, abrasion resistance, flex resistance, and fatigue resistance.

- 1. Introduction to Communication Cold Shrink Tubes: Communication cold shrink tubes are made of silicone rubber, pre-expanded over a removable support tube, and shrink at room temperature by elastic retraction. Some also feature an inner mastic lining process to enhance sealing performance. They offer advantages such as insulation, sealing, protection, small size, quick and easy operation, no need for special tools, and wide applicability. Compared with heat-shrink products, they do not require tool heating and can seal tightly even under thermal expansion and contraction without creating gaps. 2. Product Characteristics: 1. Simple installation—manual operation only, no heating or special tools required, and no hot-melt adhesive or tape needed at joints for enhanced sealing; 2. Suitable for sealing connections of cables of a wide range of specifications, and can be used on power and communication cables indoors, outdoors, overhead, underwater, or buried; 3. Strong resilience, large radial retraction force, and low permanent deformation—even after long-term use, they maintain constant radial pressure on the cable, providing tight sealing with excellent moisture, water, and dust resistance; 4.
