The printed characters on the product exhibit excellent scratch and wear resistance. Even when exposed to cleaning agents or military fuel before and after heat shrinkage, the color code remains secure and meets the requirements of the US military standards SAE-AS81531 and MIL-STD-202F/215J, maintaining a permanent marking effect. It is primarily used in vehicle fleets, aerospace, tanks, and submarines.
The PUR cable marker is composed of thermoplastic polyether-polyurethane, a halogen-free material suitable for thermal transfer and laser printing. The PUR material boasts high tensile strength and particularly excellent tear resistance, ensuring that the marker remains intact and free from punctures and cracks during bundling and prolonged use.
PSFR high-temperature heat-shrinkable marking tube is made of flame-retardant irradiated cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), specifically designed for wire number marking in high-temperature environments or harsh environments that require resistance to erosion from fuel, lubricants, and cleaning agents. It is also an ideal product for use in places with high requirements for low vacuum volatilization. The product features ultra-thin wall thickness and is available in both continuous and conformable types, both of which can be directly printed. When in use, simply use a heat gun to shrink the marking tube onto the cable to obtain a permanent marking.

Cross-linked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene heat shrinkable tube

Fluororubber heat-shrinkable tubing is made from fluororubber and polymer elastomers through radiation modification, allowing it to be used at high temperatures for extended periods. It is resistant to diesel fuel, aviation fuel, and high-temperature fluids.
