Description
Product Introduction: The American 200A elbow connector is suitable for American 200A electrical systems and is widely used in high-voltage electrical connections for American box transformers, ring main units, cable branch boxes, buried transformers, and other electrical equipment. It connects with: single bushing, double bushing, 200A interface of busbar, 200A interface of American T2 connector, etc. Applicable cable cross-section: 25–120 mm². The product interface complies with the 200A bushing design in IEEE Std 386.
Product Features: It is a fully insulated, fully sealed, and fully shielded product. The compression device ensures operational reliability, and compared with other configurations, the structure is more compact. Test points can be equipped with voltage indicators or fault indicators to display the live status and fault status of the equipment. The conductive rod connector has arc-extinguishing capability and can be used as a load switch to interrupt 200A current, but it cannot break fault current. The inner and outer shielding design of the shielded connector optimizes the electric field structure; the uniform outer shielding layer has a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively maintaining zero potential on the outer surface of the cable termination and ensuring personal safety during maintenance. The tail of the connector and the cable are sealed with cold-shrink tubing, effectively preventing moisture ingress into the cable.
