Description
Product Description: Full cold-shrink technology requires no hot work or special tools and eliminates the trouble of gradually sliding components into place—simply pull out the core cord, and the product shrinks by its own elasticity, tightly conforming to the cable to complete installation. Integrated design: the creepage-extending rain sheds, reinforced insulation of the termination, terminal end sealing, and stress control components are pre-manufactured as a single unit in the factory; the single-core termination features a diameter-reducing design, and after cable preparation, a single shrink completes installation, making it easy to install and minimizing the impact of various adverse on-site installation factors. Reliable insulation: imported liquid silicone rubber ensures excellent insulating performance and an extremely high yield rate, effectively eliminating impurities and bubbles in the product; after installation, it continuously provides constant and durable radial pressure on the cable body, with low partial discharge and "breathing" together with the cable body. Easy installation: the installation is simple and has low technical dependency; during cable pretreatment, the stripping length is short and the required installation space is small. Earthing uses a constant-force spring process, requiring no welding or copper binding wire, making it faster and more reliable. Wide application: excellent resistance to contamination, aging, corrosion, and UV, with good hydrophobicity, ensuring stable long-term performance; it also offers superior cold resistance, making it especially suitable for high-altitude, cold, humid, salt-spray, and heavily polluted areas.
