Description
The protective cover is molded from silicone rubber through vulcanization and crosslinking at high temperature, maintaining and improving the inherent characteristics of silicone rubber. It has excellent electrical performance, resistance to tracking, halogen-free flame retardancy, outstanding weather resistance, high mechanical strength, and hydrophobicity with hydrophobic migration. It is suitable for protecting electrical connection points indoors and outdoors, and can be used continuously at -55°C to 125°C. For use, simply clean and tighten the electrical connection points, place the protective box over them, and snap on the fixing pins—installation is easy and simple, saving labor and time. It mainly solves the following problems: 1. Preventing short circuits caused by foreign objects bridging and small animals entering; 2. Preventing corrosion of electrical equipment connection points by acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents; 3. Preventing electric shock accidents to humans and animals caused by exposed electrical connection points; 4. Preventing intentional electricity theft; 5. Identifying phase sequence.
