Description
FNL发泡封堵组料是我司自主开发的一款集防火、密封、抗凝露于一体的防护封堵材料，是采用高分子矩阵技术研制而成的一种高活性化学物质，设计采用双组份构成，两种材料现场搅拌混合后可以实现快速自流平，随后膨胀固化形成密封体。
适用于：高低压开关柜、箱式变电站、电缆分支箱、开闭所、美式箱变、端子箱、风力箱变、光伏箱变、高铁专用箱变及其他电力设备电缆室进出口防凝露封堵，完全阻断凝露湿气源头，根治凝露以及小动物进入电柜产生的电力安全事故及隐患。
产品特点：
自流平、密封、施工方便。
易扩容，方便二次施工，固化后形成固体外刚内柔，增容时易扩容开孔方便，无需专用工具;
隔热性能好，有效防止电缆沟水汽温度变化而引起配电柜内部温度变化;
固化后形成外硬内柔密闭体，完全隔离水汽，并能防止小动物进入电柜内部;
与PE、混凝土及钢板等都有良好的粘结效果;
阻燃性能好，氧指数在32以上，阻燃等级可以达到V0，同时材料不含卤素，为环保材料;
寿命长，固化后可以使用20年以上;
反应温度小于50℃，不损害电缆;
适用温度为-30℃~90℃;
单组份保质期为6个月。

- FNL foam sealing compound is a protective sealing material independently developed by our company that integrates fire prevention, sealing, and anti-condensation. It is a highly active chemical substance developed using polymer matrix technology, designed as a two-component system. The two materials can achieve rapid self-leveling after on-site mixing, then expand and cure to form a sealed body. Applications: anti-condensation sealing for cable room entrances and exits of high and low voltage switchgear cabinets, box-type substations, cable branch boxes, switching stations, American-style box transformers, terminal boxes, wind power box transformers, photovoltaic box transformers, high-speed rail dedicated box transformers, and other power equipment, completely blocking the source of condensation moisture and fundamentally eliminating electrical safety accidents and hazards caused by condensation and small animals entering electrical cabinets. Product features: Self-leveling, sealing, and easy construction. Easy capacity expansion and convenient for secondary construction; after curing, it forms a solid body that is rigid on the outside and soft on the inside, making it easy to expand, open holes, and no special tools are required. Good thermal insulation properties, effectively preventing temperature changes inside the distribution cabinet caused by water vapor temperature changes in the cable trench. After curing, it forms a closed body that is hard on the outside and soft on the inside, completely isolating moisture and preventing small animals from entering the inside of the electrical cabinet. Good adhesion to PE, concrete, steel plates, etc. Good flame retardancy, with an oxygen index above 32 and a flame retardant grade reaching V0; the material is also halogen-free and environmentally friendly. Long service life: can be used for more than 20 years after curing. Reaction temperature is less than 50°C, which does not damage cables. Applicable temperature range: -30°C to 90°C. Shelf life of the single component is 6 months.
