Description
1. The porcelain bushing is made of high-strength electrical porcelain, and the upper and lower flanges are made of corrosion-resistant alloy; 2. The main body is injection-molded from high-performance imported liquid silicone rubber, which has excellent aging resistance and no stress relaxation during long-term use, ensuring the service life of the stress cone; 3. The liquid insulating medium between the stress cone and the inner wall of the porcelain bushing is polyisobutylene material; 4. The overall design of the termination provides sufficient creepage distance, and the external insulation design enables operation in heavily polluted environments. Product features: 1. Compared with composite terminations such as cold-shrink, heat-shrink, and prefabricated types, it has stronger corrosion resistance and aging resistance; 3. 4Constant voltage load cycle test (in air) / 65 kV, conductor heated to (95-100)°C, each cycle is 8 h, with 5 h heating and 3 h cooling, 60 cycles in total.
5Partial discharge (at conductor temperature 95-100°C and ambient temperature) / discharge magnitude not greater than 10 pC at 45 kV.
6Short-circuit thermal stability (screen) / short-circuited twice under Isc of the cable screen, no visible damage.
7Short-circuit thermal stability (conductor) / short-circuited twice at the conductor θsc to which it is raised, no visible damage.
