The product has been tested at DNV.GL KEMA laboratories in the Netherlands, and passed the full series of test items of HD629.1 and IEC60505.4, obtaining 4 gold-standard certificates. The 24kV European-style 630A shielded separable connector includes: WEB24/630 European-style new front plug, WEBK24/630 European-style new rear plug, and European-style rear-plug surge arresters (multiple models). The WEB24/630 European-style new front plug is suitable for incoming and outgoing line terminations of ring main unit switchgear (XLPE power cables), and connects with the incoming/outgoing bushing sockets of switchgear, wall bushings and double-through bushings of cable branch boxes. It is also applicable to box-type substation devices. It provides a fully insulated, fully sealed connection from the power cable to the switchgear or cable branch box. When in operation, the front plug is bolted onto the switchgear bushing socket; its tail end can be directly blocked with an insulating plug, or can be extended to connect a rear-plug cable connector or rear-plug surge arrester. The product conforms to the C-type bushing design in standards EN 50180 & 50181. The WEBK24/630 European-style new rear plug connects with the WEB24/630 European-style new front plug or another WEBK24/630 European-style new rear plug to provide an extended cable connection loop (branch); it cannot be directly connected to a bushing. Its tail end can be directly blocked with an insulating plug, or can be extended to connect another rear-plug cable head or rear-plug surge arrester. Product features: 1.
